    9 Series Pressure Relief Valve



    The Sarasin-RSBD® 9 Series is a compact Spring Loaded Pressure Relief Valve offering a versatile design with premium performance. The Sarasin-RSBD® 9 Series range of Spring Loaded Pressure Relief Valves are available in both conventional and balanced bellows designs. These compact spring loaded safety relief valves can be used in vapor, gas, liquid, or steam applications.

    The Sarasin-RSBD® safety relief valves are designed to provide high integrity performance and repeatability by their use of an integral full, one-piece nozzle, a self-aligning top-guided disc & disc-holder, and a single adjusting ring for blowdown setting. The 9 Series pressure relief valves are suitable for use within the power industry as well as for cryogenic and industrial gas processes.

    Starflow (P Series) Pressure Relief Valve



    The Sarasin-RSBD® Starflow Spring Loaded Pressure Relief Valve is designed using the concepts of safety, high performance, interchangeability, and simplicity for oil and gas applications.

    The Starflow range of Spring Loaded Pressure Relief Valves are available in both conventional and balanced bellows designs.

    These Sarasin-RSBD® safety relief valves feature a wide range of material options and trim designs to meet the demands of many processes and applications.

    Starflow spring loaded pressure safety valves can be used in vapor, gas, liquid, or steam applications in the oil and gas industry as well as cryogenics. The valves are designed to provide high integrity performance and repeatability by their use of an integral full, one-piece nozzle, a self-aligning top-guided disc & disc-holder, and a single adjusting ring for blowdown setting.

    Starflow-V (PV Series) Pressure Relief Valve



    The Sarasin-RSBD® Starflow V Pressure Relief Valve is designed for steam boiler applications and provides anti-seizing, rapid lifting, and blowdown performance.

    The Starflow V Pressure Relief Valve compliments the existing Starflow P and Starsteam offerings.

    The additional option allows boiler manufacturers and plant operators to deal with a single supplier for multiple sizes and pressure conditions ranging from 1 to 8 inches (1 bar (14 psig) to 370 bar (5,366 psig)).

    The Starflow safety valve range has been designed to work in a number of processes including multipurpose flow control and pressure relief within the power industry. Furthermore, with the addition of the Starflow V, Trillium Flow Technologies™ now offers its customers a fully inclusive product range available for boiler applications up to supercritical operational levels. Additionally, custom short and long-dimension versions of the Starflow V safety valve is also available as a drop-in aftermarket replacement for the US market.

    Starsteam (V Series) Safety Valve



    The Sarasin-RSBD® Starsteam Spring Loaded Safety Valve is designed to reliably meet the stringent requirements of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section I for Power applications.

    The Starsteam Safety Valve is designed to meet the rigorous process conditions which are essential for steam boilers. This spring loaded safety valve is used in superheater and reheater applications and is specially engineered to provide fast response to overpressure and blowdown requirements.

    The Sarasin-RSBD® Starsteam safety valves are designed to provide high integrity performance and repeatability particularly at high pressure and high temperatures in power plants as well as oil and gas boiler applications. This safety valve features a Stardisc design which guarantees perfect tightness at high temperatures as well as repeated and accurate positioning on the nozzle.

    • A specially engineered internal design provides the fast response overpressure and blowdown requirements which are demanded by ASME BPVC Section I code of practice
